Greek Salad
Greek salads are a simple way to get a variety of nutrients. Plus they are tasty and easy to make.
To know exactly what is going into your food, I would suggest to make your own dressing as well. It’s a simple, light recipe that goes great on these kinds of salads.
- 1 head of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- Handful of grape tomatoes
- Handful of black pitted olives
- ¼ of a large red onion, sliced
- ½ a cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup of Feta Cheese
Combine all ingredients.
Greek Salad Dressing
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- Pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together.
